Quickbooks 2013 With Outlook 2013 - Email Invoice Problem

We have 3 users all using Quickbooks 2013. Only the user with Outlook 2013 has trouble with emailing invoices straight out of the program. It's like it does not detect that Outlook exists or that an account is setup. I worked through Intuit support where they blame several possible Outlook issues. I went through all those and that is not it. The user tried calling Intuit and they said Microsoft must have released an update that caused the problem. So, what do you guys think? Have you run into this?

Please help.
