'Metallic Gold' Nike Air VaporMax 97s Just Got a Release Date
One of the latest silhouettes to join the fray is the Nike Air Vapormax 97, which will release later this week in the classic Air Max “Silver Bullet” colorway. As with the classic,This new colorway on the hybrid model opts for an OG feel as the classic Metallic Gold color scheme is utilized on the shoe that consists of an Air Max 97 upper placed on top of a VaporMax sole. subtle hits of red provide a minimal contrast to the sidewall Swoosh and tongue branding. As always, the Nike branding stands out in red threads, while plain black highlights the inner lining. This shoe is instantly recognisable but now it’s even more eye-catching thanks to that Vapormax bubble. For ultimate comfort, the traditional Air Max 97 sole unit has been stripped away and replaced with the big bubbles of the Air VaporMax. Bringing way more comfort than the conventional Air Max 97, this promises cloud-like cushioning with every stride.
The Nike Air Vapormac 97 is the latest and greatest
addition to the ever-expanding Nike Air line. But nope, turns out Nike
have been stingy.Hot on the heels of the 'Silver Bullet,' Nike's equally
precious 'Metallic Gold' Nike Air Max 97
has been thrust into the future with a modern Max makeover. For the
Vapormax sole of this pair, the Swoosh has opted for a simple
translucent color. The usual 3M strips surrounding the upper are also
present on this pair.A Metallic Gold, Varsity Red, Black and White color
scheme take care of the design, while details such as 3M reflective
detailing, Black lining and the aforementioned translucent sole complete
the main features of the shoes. They kept the drop on ice with little
information, and now we’ve just now got word of a release date.
