I am running Windows 8 Pro x64, that I have installed as an update for Windows 7 x64. I believe that this is the full release version although I am not quite sure. I have downloaded it from Microsoft Dreamspark.
I recently had a trouble with werfault.exe and have disabled it so that it asks me before reporting issues to microsoft and that problem has mostly gone away. I feel like this issue might be different than my previous issue with werfault since it is referencing a different program. I don't know what is causing this error to show but it can be reproduced by opening snipping tool, and a bunch of other windows applications. Most notably this error comes up when I attempt to change settings related to my account settings. I have no idea what is causing this issue and have been having it since upgrading to Windows 8. I'm pretty open to trying anything.
